Becky is an Animal Behavior College (ABC) certified dog trainer.  She has a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is a certified veterinary technician (CVT).  She holds puppy kindergarten classes as well as graduate/basic obedience classes.  Classes are held at the Ashland Recreation Department on Monday evenings and the Holliston Recreation Department on Tuesday evenings.  For those precious dogs who require a little bit more attention, there are individual classes which are held at your home. 

Dr. Valas strongly believes that all puppies should go through formal training with a certified professional.  This aspect of dog ownership is as important as routine health checks and vaccinations.  More dogs are euthanized or surrendered due to behavior problems than die of diseases or trauma combined.  Please invest in your pet's future and you will never regret it.
